anger ages

anger sickens

the spirit itself.

let it go.

heal the spirit.

love loves

love youthens

love heals

give your mind a rest from insane thoughts

and actions

that anger releases.

allow the mind to

shift

to another way.

practice love with thoughts of love;

change your mind;

stop judging yourself and others.

allow life to be,

love can not help flourish,

for all to see.
